LONG

Renovation options might be limited in a Grade II listed Cotswolds cottage, but we love a design challenge!

This petite cottage came with a big wish list. The dated chopped-up sitting room needed to serve three distinct purposes: a defined entryway, a cosy lounging area, and—top priority—a practical work-from-home setup.

Cue flow plan—Step 1: Create zones. Step 2: Make it flow. The secret? Key furniture placement to define each space without compromising flow. The star piece: a large George Smith sofa—elegantly separating lounging area from arriving, proving big sofas love small spaces!

The result? An elegant, functional room, with purpose. It works hard.  It looks good. When design flows, life flows too.
