This central London flat, weighing in at just 500 square feet, had a typical but nightmarish issue: zero storage. The only cupboard-home to the boiler (no joke). Eeek.

The solution? Streamlined joinery—subtle but cavernous. In the sitting room, tall cupboards flanking the window with pleasing symmetry, and additional storage cleverly tucked below. Brand new, but like it had been there from the start.
